Tickle your taste buds this veganuary with our groovy guilt-free nuggets. Delicious as a meal, or as a cheeky snack.

250g firm tofu
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup plain flour
¼ vegan milk (your choice)
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
3 cup of Roberts’s bread crumbs
Crank up your oven up to 180°C. Then drain and chop your tofu into nugget-sized chunks.
Scatter the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and flour onto a small plate. Pour the milk and sweet chilli sauce onto another plate.
Whizz up two slices of bread in a food processor until crumbified. Keep going until you have two cups of crumbs.
Coat a piece of tofu in your flour mix, then dip it in milk mix, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Repeat this with each chunk of tofu.
Arrange your breaded nuggets on a baking tray and stick them in the oven for 10 minutes. Bring them out, flip them over and pop them back in for another 10.
Serve on a nest of salad and sliced red onion, with your dishiest dressings and dips!
