A wonderfully aromatic lunchtime bite, bursting with Moroccan warmth.

2 tbsp of Moroccan Hummus
1 handful of Watercress
½ Pomegranate (the seeds)
1 Moroccan Corn Roll
Slice your Moroccan Corn roll in half.
Spread a good 1 tbsp of hummus across each side.
Add a handful of watercress and a sprinkling of fresh pomegranate seeds – and enjoy!
If you'd like to add a bit of meat, shredded leftover roast chicken (or lamb) works wonderfully with this recipe.
