The bear
Take two slices of white bread and the larger biscuit cutter and cut out one circle for each slice of bread. Fill the sandwich with your choice of filling (tip: use butter or cream cheese to help hold together).
Take a smaller biscuit cutter and wholemeal bread and cut out 2 smaller circles and fill. Place the smaller sandwich on top, at the bottom, of the larger sandwich. Use the smallest cutter (or if you don’t have a small cutter use a small circle template) and cut out two small circles to be the ears
To decorate, half a cherry and place half on each ear. For the eyes, use milky bar eggs with the bottoms cut off so they are stable, topped with a chocolate chip for pupils. Take a grape and use it as the nose and carefully cut carrot sticks to form the mouth.
The monkey
Take two slices of wholemeal bread and the larger biscuit cutter and cut out one circle from each slice of bread. Fill the sandwich with your choice of filling (tip: use butter or cream cheese to help hold together)
Take a smaller biscuit cutter and white bread and cut out two smaller circles and fill. Place the smaller sandwich, at the bottom, of the larger sandwich. Then, carefully take a knife or scissors and cut out semi circles for the ears (tip: you can use a template to cut around to get the desired shape).
To decorate, use milky bar eggs with the bottoms cut off so they are stable, topped with a chocolate chip for pupils, and a few raisins as the mouth and nose.
The crab
Take two slices of white bread and the larger biscuit cutter. Cut out one circle from each slice of bread. Fill the sandwich with your choice of filling (tip: use butter or cream cheese to help hold together).
Take the smallest biscuit cutter and white bread and cut out four smaller circles. Cut a small triangle into two of the circles to make the claws and add your filling.
To decorate, use milky bar eggs with the bottoms cut off so they are stable, topped with chocolate chips for pupils. Chop up some carrot sticks for the legs!
The snail
Take a slice of wholemeal bread and white bread and cut of the crusts and flatten with a rolling pin, then cut the slices in half. Take both sections of the white bread and use the rolling pin to ‘squish’ the bread together. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the bread and fold in half. Repeat for the wholemeal bread. Then take both your lengths of wholemeal and white bread and roll one inside of the other to form a swiss roll shape.
Cut out your desired shape for the snails’ body (use scissors or a knife around a template) and remember to make two and add your filling.
To decorate, use milky bar eggs with the bottoms cut off so they are stable, topped with a chocolate chip for pupils. Chop up some carrot sticks for the stalks of the eyes!
The bug
Take two slices of wholemeal bread and the larger biscuit cutter and cut out one circle from each slice of bread. Fill the sandwich with your choice of filling (tip: use butter or cream cheese to help hold together). Use the same cutter to cut a single slice of emmental cheese and cut off one side of the circle to make a straight edge.
To decorate, use milky bar eggs with the bottoms cut off so they are stable, topped with a chocolate chip for pupils.
